The Cambium Farms Wedding & Event Centre, nestled in the picturesque countryside of Caledon, undertook a complete renovation in 2018 to the lower level of The Barn to allow for additional venue space.
The elegant space, referred to as “The Byre”, is comprised of 11 m³ of glulam beams supporting 4800 m2 of nail-laminated timber panels.
Surrounded by white-washed fieldstone walls, the use of nail-laminated timbers transports guests back to a more simple time, where natural elements come together to create space that is reminiscent of centuries-old construction.
